Even though this diet includes chocolate, it helps you lose weight, but it is not supposed to last more than a few days. Besides chocolate, it includes popcorn, fruits and pasta. Chocolate, the once forbidden food for dieters, is also said to play a significant part in high cholesterol prevention. But, there is a limited amount of chocolate you can eat – 1 ounce, or 28.3 grams. If you choose this diet, you should drink 2 liters of water but you are not supposed to consume coffe, fried foods, red meats, dairy products, nuts, seeds and chips.
