Do you have a problem with keeping your curls falling flat as soon as you walk out the door? Since straight hair can make your face look fatter, curls might be a better solution. However, it takes a little practice to figure out how to curl your hair properly and make it last. Here are a few advice that will help you master this process faster.
One of the most important factors in getting amazing looking curls is the #health of your #hair. Blunt ends won't hold a curl – the more damaged the ends of your hair are, the harder it will be to get beautiful curls. When it comes to washing your hair, if you can't skip your #conditioner, at least cut back on it, because if you overcondition your hair, it will be too slippery to hold a curl.
To add some texture to your hair, always use mousse. Mousse has alcohol in it which helps remove as much moisture as possible, and that is what enhances your hair's hold. To prepare your hair even better, once it is completely dry, mist sections of your hair with hair spray from the bottom layers to the top.
After curling for a couple of seconds, slide the iron out, roll each curl around your finger and fasten it to your head with a bobby pin. After you've done this with all of your hair, spray it with some hair spray and wait for 10 to 15 minutes. Once your curls have cooled, remove the bobby pins and tousle them with your fingers. Finally, finish it with some more hair spray.
